All of us at Broadway Eyecare want to convey to you that we are doing everything possible to prevent an outbreak here in the Inland Northwest, and we are active in keeping the situation to a minimum. Our office will be closed for routine eye care, but our phone line is open and we will see emergencies once screened through phone conversation or video conferencing.
With this in mind, in accordance with The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Office for Civil Rights (OCR), and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), video telemedicine is now going to be offered at our clinic. For those of you who may not be able to come in for your appointment in person, many types of visits are possible via a video telemedicine appointment. If you would like to schedule a video telemedicine appointment, please call our front desk at 509-928-1212.
We’re excited to be able to provide video telemedicine for your healthcare needs from the privacy of your home, work, or wherever you may be. These visits will be billed to your medical insurance plan or may be paid for as private pay as deemed necessary by level of service that would correspond to an in office visit.
